Off-Campus IDs

Leaving the campus is a privilege reserved for upperclassmen at Samuel Clemens. To apply for an off-campus ID...

      1. Print the off-campus lunch application (2-sided forms are preferred) for both parent and student to SIGN.
        Note: If a parent does NOT want their student to leave campus for lunch, please do NOT complete the form.
      2. Please print the TxConnect screen showing completion of 1st day registration forms.  (Parent Digital copies of the SCUC BYOD and Acknowledgement of Handbook and Code of Conduct forms).      
                                *** To print this screen, follow the directions below. *** 
          1. Log in to TxConnect
          2. Click on 2019-20 Registration button on left side of screen.
          3. Click on “Print Confirmation” button
          4. The TxConnect Form completion confirmation screen, has all registration forms listed and should have them marked completed/submitted.

        If they are not marked completed/submitted, please complete the acknowledgement of each form before moving to step #3 below.

      3. Turn in attached COMPLETED/SIGNED off-campus form and TxConnect First Day Registration completion confirmation page to their Admin Alpha suite, where financial obligations and credit hours will be checked.
      4. Complete payment of Off-Campus ID on MySchoolBucks for $5.00.
      5. ONLY after admin approval, will your student receive an APPROVAL SLIP to take to the library, where payment will be verified via MySchoolbucks, and their off-campus ID printed.
         To ensure an efficient and timely process, please follow ALL STEPS in this order!
