October is National Principals Month

October is National Principals Month, an opportunity for SCUC ISD students, parents, teachers, staff and community members to honor some of the hardest working, yet often least recognized individuals in education. Great principals make great schools. Campus principals set the academic tone for their schools, and provide the vision, dedication and purpose that helps create student success.

SCUC ISD principals have risen to the challenge of these extraordinary times during the pandemic, making sure every student is given an opportunity to learn and excel, be it through in–person instruction or remote instruction.

A principal’s job goes beyond academic success, as they help create an environment on campus that also addresses the social and economic needs of students and remove any potential barriers to learning. Their jobs as educators and administrators help prepare students to navigate through a complicated and ever-changing world.

Please take a moment to thank the principals in the Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District that help “…empower all students to fulfill lifelong potential through inspiring learning experiences”.
