Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Julie Percevecz
My name is Julie Percevecz and I am so excited to have your child in my classroom this school year! I hope they are equally excited to become 2nd Grade students.
I believe that parent-teacher relationships are necessary for maximum educational success. Throughout the year I will communicate with parents through our classroom website, weekly newsletters, Data Binders, notes, Dojo, Seesaw, telephone calls, emails, progress notes, report cards and parent-teacher conferences. Our classroom website is available to help inform parents about classroom routines, information, homework, and SCUC policies, and will be updated weekly throughout this academic year.
I believe that parent involvement is also necessary for maximum educational success, so parents are welcome to email/phone or visit the school when there are questions or concerns about a student’s progress. Please know that I will respond diligently, but not during instructional time. The quickest responses will be answered via email, or Dojo, with phone calls being returned at the end of the school day. I consider it a great privilege and responsibility to be your child's teacher and I look forward to meeting with everyone.
My goal this year is to help your child succeed in their efforts, become proud of their accomplishments, and realize that they are someone special. We work as a collaborative team to learn and have fun. Our classroom is your child's family away from home and we are all here to support each other's needs. Every student will leave my classroom with the desire to be a lifelong learner who follows their dreams.
If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please feel free to email me! I look forward in getting to know each of you this year! I can be reached at:
