Degrees and Certifications:

Kim Nipper

Welcome to the music room! I am Mrs. Nipper and I am so happy to be at Watts Elementary.  This is my 16th year to teach music and my 14th year at Watts.  I have a bachelor degree in music education from Texas State University and a masters in education administration from Lamar University.  I have also completed my first level of Orff certification and two levels of Kodaly.  Music has always been a big part of my life and I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to share my love of music with children everyday. In music your child will participate in creative movement, folk dancing, singing, and playing instruments.
