Karissa Abbott's 4th Grade Class
Welcome to 4th grade!
Homework this year: Homework will be passed out on Monday for the entire week. All assignments will be due on Friday. This gives students the freedom to work around sports and other clubs for the week and still keep on top of homework assignments.
Check out my Youtube page with all the videos I show in class.
If you want to volunteer or go on our May field trip, visit this website and submit an application.
Please take the time to check out my website and become familiar with it. I feel that this is a great tool for you to see what your child is doing in class.
Birthday Treats: SCUC requires parents to give 24 hour notice to teacher and office if cake, cupcakes, or donuts, etc. will be brought in celebration of your student’s birthday. All food must be store bought with clear label of ingredients. In our effort to keep students with food allergies safe, this allows for alternative snacks to be provided by the families of food allergy students.
Please contact me whenever you have a question. I want to be sure that your child has a successful year. I feel that a big part of that is clear communication between you and me.
