***ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO GRADUATE***

Morning schedule is 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
Afternoon schedule is 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

The tardy bell rings at 8:30 AM for morning students and 12:00 PM for afternoon students.  All students must be in class when the tardy bell rings.  Tardy students must sign in at the front desk and receive a pass to class.

If you are an a.m. student and know in advance that you cannot make it on a specifice day, but can make it to the p.m. class or vis versa, please make arrangements in advance.

***OFFICIAL ATTENDANCE IS TAKEN AT 9:32 AM FOR MORNING STUDENTS AND 1:02 PM FOR AFTERNOON STUDENTS.***

If your student is absent, please remember to send in a note with your child's first and last name, the reason for the absence, the date of the absence, student ID number, as well as a signature and contact information for the parent/guardian.

Absence notes can be brought into the front office, faxed to (210) 945-6410, emailed to Miss Day at the address above, or sent into our Allison Steele online absence form.
