    Coach's Cooking Corner

Did you know that our Wilder Library has cookbooks?  There are even some e-cookbooks.  Mrs. Lindsay has shared how to download and read a e-cookbook.  If you read a good recipe and make it, take a picture and e-mail it to me or post it on our Google Classroom stream.

                                            Kids playing softball                                                          kickball

We have been playing softball, wiffleball, and kickball. The first week was learning skills and drills.  We then went to lead up softball, wiffleball, and kickball lead-up games.  We are not playing wiffleball and kickball games.  The kids are doing awesome.

    Challenge-of-the-Week

This week's challenge is to challenge your child to pushups and curlups.  Can you do more than your child(ren).  Ask your son/daughter what is happening in Phys Ed.  Enjoy and have fun  :+]

    Recipe Challenge

Do you have a favorite recipe?  Share it by e-mailing it to me.  I will put it on the Phys Ed webpage to share.  I would like it to be healthy, but comfort food is always welcome.
