ERROR MESSAGES TRYING TO ADD YOUR STUDENT

ERROR MESSAGES TRYING TO ADD YOUR CHILD TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Many districts throughout the state of Texas utilize the txConnect web portal. If you have accidentally connected to another district to create your account, you will not be able to add your student(s).
If you are trying to add your student as you first create your account, the message will show as Invalid Student Portal ID and Invalid Date of Birth as shown below.
If you are trying to add your student from the “My Account” tab, the message will show as The student information you entered was not correct, please try entering it again.
If you receive either of these two errors, return to the log in screen and make sure that you see “Welcome to txConnect for SCHERTZ-CIBOLO-UNIVERSAL CITY ISD”. If you see any other district’s name, you did not create your account through the correct site.
You will need to recreate your account in our district’s parent portal site.
