    If your student has ever been enrolled at one of SCUCISD’s campuses, left the district, and is now returning, you do not need to complete the new student registration process. Please see the steps below for registration.

    Important Reminder: Registration Dates for 2021-2022

    Since SCUC ISD will be moving to a new student information and registration system in mid-May, we will be unable to enroll students between May 15th and July 25th (see exception uner New Student Registration for High School Only). *If you would like a reminder about when our registration portal will re-open in July, please fill out the short Google Form here (LINK).* 

    Former SCUC Students Returning to the District for 2021-2022

    All grade levels: registration will be open for the 21-22 school year on July 26, 2021 at 9:00AM

     

    Steps to Register Students Returning to SCUC ISD:

    Step A: Contact the campus registrar at the email address below to request a Dropbox link so you can submit the required documentation. (see Steps B-D below the list of addresses)

    Step B: Gather the documents needed and upload to your Dropbox. The list of required documents is listed below.

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

    · Picture ID of the parent registering the student (driver’s license or state ID)

    · Most current {within 30 days} proof of residence (current gas, water, electric, or lease agreement)

    · Shot records

    · Student’s Birth Certificate (if requested by the campus)

    · Student’s Social Security Card (if requested by the campus)

    · Student's Withdraw Form and/or Final Report Card from Previous School (if available)

    · If you are building a house in the district, please see below for the registration requirements needed for new home builders.

    · The most current divorce or custody papers and any other legal documents concerning guardianship, if applicable

    · Power of Attorney, if applicable

    Step C: Once all documents have been received, the registrar will bring your student’s data back into the current year. You will be contacted via email once this step is complete.

    Step D: Once you recieve the email from your campus verifying that your child has been added back into the SCUC system, log into your txConnect account (LINK HERE) and complete the Data Verification Process (step by step information here) Once available on July 30, 2021, complete the Beginning of Year Forms for your student.
