    • Purpose Statement: Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District strives to prepare every graduate for post high school success in a way that embraces critical attributes outlined in our traits of a graduate

    • The Maintenance and Facilities Department serves in a support role for priority one. We do believe through the accomplishment of our goals in priority 2, 3 & 4 we prepare the learning environment and have a positive effect on student achievement

    • Purpose Statement: Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District strives to engage and develop its staff in order to ensure a high-performing, top workplace environment.

    • Goal 2.1 - Increase the overall percent positive score for Culture Drivers on the annual staff satisfaction and engagement survey from 85% to 88% by June 2022.

    • Goal 3.1 - Increase the overall % positive score of customer satisfaction, support characteristics, on the annual district services survey from 82% to 84%.

    • Goal 3.2 - Increase the % positive score on the annual student survey, for cleanliness, from 72% to 75%.
