    Procedures,What Are They
    &
    Why Have Them?

    A procedure
    is a set of

actions or operations which have to be executed in the same manner in order to always obtain the same result under the same circumstances. In our Skills for Success (SFS)  classroom this is critically important for the sake of efficiency and productivity and is the premise under which a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is generated.

In the column to the left, you can see links to the various procedures that we have in our SFS classroom. The class that follows these procedures precisely, is the class that makes the most out of the time we have and subsequently gets the most out of SFS while having the maximum amount of enjoyment and success! SFS utilizes  instructions/directions precisely. This is why students are expected to learn all procedures and follow them. These procedures will be practiced extensively at the beginning of the school year and at any time students show they need a "refresher."
