The office of Facility Planning and Development provides district-wide strategic leadership, coordination and administrative oversight to district facility planning, design and construction in order to support the SCUCISD strategic plan.  Additionally, Facility Planning and Development includes comprehensive district master planning which includes new construction as well as renovations, replacement and removal of facility components.  Included is the coordination and development of a 10-year Facility Projection Master Plan (FMP), which assists in the long-term development of SCUCISD.
