Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City is not an open-enrollment district. Each residence within the district is assigned to a specific "attendance zone" composed of a specific elementary, middle, and high school.

Campus to Campus (INTRADISTRICT)Transfers

Transferring a child from his or her home campus to another is a serious consideration. Families living within SCUC ISD may apply to have their child transferred to a school other than their "zoned" campus. Transfers are granted to individual students on a case by case basis and reviewed in accordance with Board Policy. Click on the Student Transfer Request link to fill out and submit a transfer. Out-of-District (INTERDISTRICT)Transfers

Email the campus registrar once your child’s enrollment has been submitted and is ready to be processed. Include your child’s name, date of birth and grade level in the email.

The registrar will not know your student’s information is ready until she receives your email!

Monitor Your Email: 

• The registrar will email you regarding any missing documents, documents that would not open or additional information that may be needed.
  • Your child’s enrollment cannot be processed until all items are received and can be reviewed.
• Once the registrar has finished processing your student’s registration information, you will receive an email with your child’s Portal ID.

NOTE: You will be issued a ParentPortal ID for each student you successfully register. You must have the ParentPortal ID to attach the student to your account and complete the enrollment process.
