I grew up in the Texas Panhandle in a very small town of about 3,000 people.  After graduating from high school, I moved to San Antonio in the summer of 2006 to attend UTSA. Shortly after, I met my husband who also attended UTSA. I graduated in December of 2010 with a major in Multidisciplinary Science  and a minor in Education. Shortly after graduating we got married and I got my first job at a charter school in San Antonio. I spent a semester there and then was offered a job at MacArthur High School in NEISD. I spent 3 years there teaching biology and chemistry. When my husband and our 3 kids moved to Schertz, I applied to Clemens and was hired in the fall of 2015. I love teaching at Clemens and plan to teach here for many years to come!
