Steps for success for learning a new language:

    1.      Study your vocab every day at least 5 to 10 minutes--either say it out loud, write it out, draw it, act it out--do what helps you!
    2.      Use your agenda; be organized.  Keep your binder in order, according to the syllabus.
    3.      Retake all quizzes and tests as soon as possible when you find out you failed one (you must first schedule and attend a tutoring session with teacher to retake a test).
    4.      Make it real!  Watch Spanish TV, listen to Spanish radio, use Spanish internet links, read a newspaper or magazine in Spanish, watch DVD's in Spanish with subtitles in English...do something you like in Spanish and it will become more meaningful and exciting to you!
