Hey everyone. I hope you all are doing well. Faculty and administration met late last week (March 18-20). Here are a few things to know:

Attendance: There is no daily attendance sign in. Simply log in to Google Classroom and complete your assignments.

    1) Make sure that you have signed up for my AP World History Google Classroom. The class codes are listed on the 'Google Classroom' tab to the left and the link below gives you information on how to access Google Classroom.

    2) Make sure that you have signed up for my AP World History Remind for your class period. The class codes are listed on the 'AP Remind' tab to the left.

    3) I will have you working on review assignments from Wednesday, March 25 thru Friday, March 27. This will cover chapters 34-35. These will be due by Sunday, March 29 at 12 am (midnight). This will include the Ch 34-35 Test Study Guide or Ch 34-35 Learn Smart and a Crash Course Video over the Depression and the Rise of Dictators. Note: Access these assignments thru Google Classroom. You will need to make a copy to type on and then you will submit when complete. I cannot 'Share' the original document with you.

AP World History Hyperdoc - March 25 thru March 27, 2020

    4) Beginning Monday, March 30, there will be a hyperdoc on my website with links to your assignments for that week (March 30 - April 3). You will complete these assignments at your own pace throughout the week and assignments will be due and submitted via Google Classroom by Sunday at midnight of that week.

Please realize that this is all somewhat new and fluid to all involved and there could be modifications as we move forward. Please let me know if you will be lacking internet or computer access and I will have hard copies printed that you can pick up at the school.

    5) AP Exam Updates:

    - AP College Board is releasing free videos for students

    - Only Units 1-6 will be on the AP Exam. AP will have information on the free videos from Units 8-9. It will not be on the exam but could help you with potential complexity, contextualiztion, or elaboration.

What we know about the text so far:

    a) It will be 45 minutes long and will be written (probably short answer questions). We will find out on April 3 what format the actual exam will have.

    b) You will be able to take it at home.

    c) There will be at least a couple of dates from which to choose.

    d) The exam will cover Units 1-6 (1200 C.E. thru 1900 C.E.)
